Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Petite Nachè is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
